The Legends at Sparks Marina, located just outside Reno, Nevada, covers over one million square feet, it is a destination lifestyle retail and entertainment district. PMA Engineering designed more than 500,000 square feet of one- and two-story multi-tenant spaces for retail and restaurants, as well as a 14-screen multiplex theater. The firm also provided the structural design for a central courtyard featuring a striking tower element with fountains, a fireplace, and theme lighting, surrounded by two additional buildings housing multiple retail and dining venues. These buildings include rooftop bars, exterior walkways, and dining areas.
