Legends at Sparks Marina is a 1 million-square-foot lifestyle retail and entertainment destination. PMA Engineering provided structural design for more than 500,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space, including one- and two-story multi-tenant buildings and a 14-screen multiplex theater. The project also features a central courtyard with a landmark tower, fountains, a fireplace, themed lighting, rooftop bars, exterior walkways, and outdoor dining areas.
