The HD Lee building was constructed in the 1920’s to house the Lee Work Wear production factory and was transformed through adaptive reuse into a luxury apartment community. The redevelopment preserved the building’s industrial character while introducing modern residential amenities, including a private theater, fitness center, swimming pool, and exclusive penthouse residences for select tenants.
