This year marks a major milestone in our firm: it is our 50th anniversary. Reaching a half-century gives us a point to reflect on all we’ve accomplished while also looking forward to where we are going next. As part of this process, we took time to clearly define our vision, mission, and core values. While these ideas have always been present in how we work and who we are, putting them into words was a deliberate step forward.
