Another Bright Idea!!

PMA has been blessed with the addition of four new engineers this summer. Frank Smith was awarded the “Light Bulb” award for his great idea to host several in-house group mentoring sessions for these new engineers to help them get up to speed at the same time. Great idea Frank! Thanks for spearheading this effort at PMA!
