Cascade Hotel (Marriott Tribute), boasts 150,000 square feet over ten stories. The hotel features 300 rooms, a ballroom, restaurant, gym, spa, coffee bar and lounge, rooftop bar, and private offices.

The second tower, Aloft Hotel, is 82,000 square feet across seven stories, perched atop the parking structure.
